Native to the forest of the Pacific Northwest, the green and red Huckleberry is a much sought-after shrub in the floral trade. The branches of this evergreen plant are universally popular for a variety of floral applications because of their small dark green and shiny leaves. While green is the most commonly used, in the colder months the leaves change to a beautiful reddish color just in time for holiday arrangements. The harvesting season is typically from early July through the middle of May, but if you order early, we can usually provide you with product even during June.
Anticipated Freshness Duration:-Recommended for one time use only. -Depending upon ambient temperature and sunlight conditions, up to 12 hours. -Keeping moist will increase duration.

Choose a suitable location:
Place the wreath out of direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can dry out the foliage faster and fade its beautiful colors.
Display the wreath away from heat and drafts:
Fireplaces, radiators, or heating vents may dry out the evergreens prematurely. Even as wreaths naturally dry, many retain their color for a while and shed minimally. Avoid placing the wreath in direct air currents, such as from air conditioning, to help preserve moisture in the branches.
Mist the wreath like a fern:
This is optional and may not be necessary in humid climates. If you choose to mist, lightly spray clean water over the foliage. Avoid over-wetting, which can lead to mold or mildew.

Depending on your region, fresh Christmas wreaths typically last 3 weeks indoors and 4-6 weeks when displayed outdoors, out of direct sunlight. With a little care, your wreath can remain beautiful and aromatic throughout the season.
