Refund policy

Define when customers can request returns and how return fees are applied. Return rules will only apply to items purchased after the return rules were turned on or updated.

Because our products are made of perishable items, returns for refund are not accepted. In the case of damage, we ask that you take a photograph of the damaged item and send it to our email sales@wildgreensinternational.com.

Because our products are fresh and made to order and shipped as quickly as possible we do not accept cancellations if the product is already made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
